About US
OnLaVe Signature Productions is a boutique fashion event production and consulting group based in Los Angeles. We take a strategic and creative approach to each project to ensure our clients’ vision shines through at every step. Our consulting services include industry education, runway choreography, model training and development, event production, hosting and mentoring.
In 2010, while modeling and working production for a fashion entertainment group, Co-Founders Ontwanet Moran, Alana Smith and Lauren Venise quickly realized that their shared passion and individual strengths would make for a powerful partnership and OnLaVe was formed.
OnLaVe delivers seamless results by weaving our clients’ brand into a distinguished and memorable production while collaborating with top creatives and talents in the fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries. Our aim is to celebrate the diversity of the fashion industry and inspire a generation of fashion lovers.

Ontwanet Moran | Managing Partner, Strategic Partnerships & Events
Ontwanet has been modeling in the fashion industry for over 13 years, both in print and runway. She was an Ebony Fashion Fair model for 3 years traveling across the U.S and overseas doing over 180 shows each year. While wearing couture pieces by notable designers such as Ana Sui, Vivienne Westwood, Kevin Hall, and Christian La Croix she developed a sophisticated fashion standard that she brings to OnLave. During her last year with Ebony, she was also an assistant to the commentator and business manager where she gained valuable behind the scenes experience. Ontwanet has a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and is a Real Estate Agent. With her passion for people, business, and fashion Ontwanet is one of the three dynamic sparks that make OnLaVe Signature Productions.
Alana Smith | Managing Partner, Public Relations, Marketing, and Social Media
Alana is an educator by trade, and finds inspiration in working with youth and teaching models how to command the runway. She has modeled professionally in Los Angeles and Miami for over 10 years and has the keen ability to lead by example, develop new talent, and navigate multi-media platforms. As a licensed School Psychologist she is experienced in consultation, assessment, and clinical counseling which helps to maintain organization, trust and communication in a fast paced fashion industry. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. Alana also indulges in watching You Tube tutorials, going to the beach and making smoothies with her son.
Lauren Venise | Managing Partner, Finance and Operations
Lauren has successfully worked in service and hospitality management for 12 years. While working with Hillstone Restaurant Group she has mastered the formula of creating memorable experiences, through great hospitality, service, and food. This invaluable experience has aided Lauren in managing events, creative development and systems control. She gained creative influence from her mother who is a fashion designer and since the age of 5, Lauren has danced and trained professionally in ballet and modern dance. Subsequently, she earned AA Degrees in Liberal Studies and Theater Arts from West Los Angeles College. As a model, Lauren has been featured in LA Fashion Week, Project Ethos, and AIU Los Angeles fashion show for designers such as Korto Momolu, Angela Dean, Ana Sui, Mui Mui, Ed Hardy, and Cynthia Steffe.
